How our community software grew into an XRM platform
Innoloft started in Aachen, Germany, as an innovation network that connected companies, startups and partners so they could work more closely together. In 2019, we turned that experience into the first version of what is now LoftOS: software that lets organizations run B2B community platforms of their own.
Soon customers needed more flexibility for new use cases, from portals and marketplaces to matchmaking. So LoftOS grew into a no-code builder that lets teams create exactly what they need without waiting on IT.
Today, LoftOS is a modular AI platform for extended relationship management. Companies, economic development organizations, NGOs and research institutions use it to automate engagement and grow together with their clients, members and partners.
