Host your application on a domain of your choice instead of yourapplicationname.loftos.com. The custom domain has to be registered and provided by yourself.
E-mails sent from your application use a @loftos.com domain. Plans that include a custom e-mail domain, allow you to define your own e-mail address.

LoftOS Pricing Overview

Let's talk

With the exception of LoftOS Starter and Team with a 1-month term, our plans are billed 12 months in advance with booking or renewal. All plans except Starter and Team with a 1-month term renew automatically with a one-month notice period prior to the end of the term. Starter and Team plan with a 1-month term renews automatically with a one-week notice period prior to the end of the term.

Billing and minimum contract term

Instead of the standard booking, billing and payment through LoftOS and our payment service provider Stripe, you can receive a personal offer as email (PDF), custom invoices and use bank transfer.

If a tender process is required for the assignment, we can individually prepare all the necessary documents, such as service descriptions and project plans, and actively participate in the tendering process.

A dedicated customer success manager (CSM) is your first point of contact for any support. This person will not only hold the onboarding workshop, but will also be available for you within the other listed customer support and success services.

Contingent hours that are not used will not be carried over to the next month.

Additional support & success services

Innoloft provides assistance and guidance to users of the application through a ticket system. User support typically includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing documentation or tutorials, and offering general assistance. If this is not included in your plan, you can handle user support yourself. The user support is limited to 10 h/month.
