The application is hosted on a freely selectable domain. In the free plan, hosting is always provided via yourapplicationname.loftos.com. The custom domain must be registered and provided independently. Automated emails are sent by the application via the @loftos.com domain by default. Plans that include a custom email domain allow you to define your own email address.

In addition to English, other languages can be specified for the application. The content is automatically translated into the selected language using machine translation. Additional languages are available as a paid add-on.

LoftOS provides the option to access the application in a Progressive Web App, that is listed in the iOS and Android app store. Push notifications are only available for the iOS app.

[LoftOS Imports](https://innoloft.com/en-us/product/features?feature=imports) allows to easily transition data into LoftOS by uploading CSV or Excel files, mapping fields to platform attributes, and automatically detecting duplicates. Quickly import organizations and custom module data in bulk, with full control to review and adjust before finalizing. If you need to import addresses or require your data to be translated, please refer to the information below.

Tasks can be seamlessly moved between individual phases. Profiles, applications, and events can be linked, and teamwork is also possible through discussions and evaluations to optimize process management.

[Roles](https://innoloft.com/en-us/product/features?feature=access-management) control which functions users can view and/or use (RBAC – role-based access control). An unlimited number of roles can be created. They can also be used for customization, e.g., of the navigation.

The Commerce package allows the monetization of your own platform.

[LoftOS AI assistants ](https://innoloft.com/en-us/product/features?feature=ai-assistant) can be created without programming knowledge based on the information in modules. They are used as part of a flat-rate model. A fair use policy applies to the flat rate (use with clearly automated, script-controlled, or excessively high patterns is blocked).

The [LoftOS Community](https://community.loftos.com/) connects LoftOS users worldwide through webinars, events, and valuable exchanges. The community provides access to best practices and enables learning from others to promote collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Community

A dedicated customer success manager (CSM) is your first point of contact for any support. This person will not only hold the onboarding workshop, but will also be available for you within the other listed customer support and success services.

The customer success manager (CSM) conducts onboarding workshops to familiarize administrators with LoftOS. As part of the onboarding process, the CSM provides support for all questions relating to setting up the application, based on specific requirements and objectives. 

Direct configuration by the CSM or the Innoloft team is not included. If desired, Innoloft offers a paid service that handles one-time or ongoing configuration for customers.

Personalized onboarding

Innoloft offers a paid service that handles one-time or ongoing configuration for customers. This service allows customers turnkey platform development service where requirements are built in LoftOS by the LoftOS team or partners.

Setup & configuration service

You can take advantage of a monthly support and success service contingent, designed to help you achieve your goals and make your LoftOS experience as smooth as possible.

Support and success services e.g. include:
1. Product-related inquiries
2. Technical & onboarding assistance
3. Feature enhancement requests
4. Offering best practices

Your support & success service provides the guidance and assistance necessary for you to configure your own platform. It does not include direct configuration by our team. If you require us to configure the platform for you, please consider the setup and configuration service add-on.

Unless otherwise stated, support can be provided both by email or web conference.
Contingent hours that are not used will not be carried over to the next month.

Support & success services

A dedicated strategic session with your CSM every three months. We collaboratively review usage based on defined metrics, ensure goal alignment, and define strategic next steps to maximize your value from LoftOS.

Quaterly business review

Innoloft provides assistance and guidance to users of the application through a ticket system. User support typically includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing documentation or tutorials, and offering general assistance. If this is not included in your plan, you can handle user support yourself. The user support is limited to 10 h/month.

The maximum number of accounts that have general admin rights for your platform. Admin rights can be used to manage platform settings, access rights, or content, for example.
