Host your application on a domain of your choice instead of yourapplicationname.loftos.com. The custom domain has to be registered and provided by yourself.

E-mails sent from your application use a @loftos.com domain. Plans that include a custom e-mail domain, allow you to define your own e-mail address.

Quickly import organizations and custom module data in bulk, with full control to review and adjust before finalizing. For payment processing, we offer seamless integration with Stripe as a payment service provider. Setup through us can be added to your plan.

Create [AI assistants](https://innoloft.com/en-us/product/features?search=AI&feature=ai-assistant) based on the information in your modules. Users can use the assistants in a flat-rate-based model. A fair use policy applies to the flat-rate (usage with patterns that are clearly automated, scripted, or excessively high will be blocked).

The LoftOS Community connects you with a network of users through webinars, events, and valuable exchanges. Gain access to best practices, learn from others, and engage with fellow customers to share insights and foster collaboration.

Community

A dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your first point of contact for any support. They will not only hold the onboarding workshop, but will also be available for you within the other listed customer support and success services.

This optional add-on assigns you a dedicated, native German-speaking Customer Success Manager.

Your customer success manager (CSM) will host onboarding workshops to guide you through LoftOS and help set up the application based on your specific needs and goals.

It does not include direct configuration by our team. If you require us to configure the platform for you, please ask about our setup and configuration add-ons.

Personalized onboarding

Your CSM will handle the complete platform configuration for you, based on your instructions and concepts, and within the scope of the standard LoftOS functionality. This setup package is limited to 40 hours during the first three months of your contract.

Initial setup service

You can take advantage of a monthly support and success service contingent, designed to help you achieve your goals and make your LoftOS experience as smooth as possible.

Support and success services e.g. include:

2. Technical issues
3. Technical onboarding assistance
4. Feature enhancement requests
5. Offering best practices
6. Technical how-to guidance

Your support & success service provides the guidance and assistance necessary for you to configure your own platform. It does not include direct configuration by our team. If you require us to configure the platform for you, please ask about our setup and configuration add-ons.

Unless otherwise stated, support can be provided both by email or web conference.
Contingent hours that are not used will not be carried over to the next month.

Support & success services

A dedicated strategic session with your CSM every three months. We collaboratively review usage based on defined metrics, ensure goal alignment, and define strategic next steps to maximize your value from LoftOS.

Quaterly business review

Innoloft provides assistance and guidance to users of the application through a ticket system. User support typically includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing documentation or tutorials, and offering general assistance. If this is not included in your plan, you can handle user support yourself. The user support is limited to 10 h/month.

The maximum number of accounts that have general admin rights for your platform. Admin rights can be used to manage platform settings, access rights, or content, for example.
