Host your application on a domain of your choice instead of yourapplicationname.loftos.com. The custom domain has to be registered and provided by yourself.
E-mails sent from your application use a @loftos.com domain. With a custom e-mail domain, you can define your own e-mail address.

- White label: Adjust the main colors and the logo of your application.
- LoftOS branding: Your navigation footer, system mail footer and created pages show a little text/label "Powered by LoftOS"/"Build with LoftOS by Innoloft" with a link.
- Light LoftOS branding: Only your navigation footer shows a little text "Powered by LoftOS" with a link.

Use our Pages module to create static websites without coding, simply select templates for website sections and customize design and content. For custom sections, we create section templates according to your requirements.

Use our Data Management Support tool to upload and create organization profiles as well as entries in custom modules. For other data imports, you can discuss the options with your customer success manager. They will then take care of the implementation. The data must be provided as CSV or XLSX files.

Gain insights into the aggregated usage behavior of your users. The analytics dashboard provides data and insights on, for example, registrations, number of organizations, logins, active users, created matches, and conversations.

Export basic data of your members and organizations. The data will be provided in a CSV format.

Next to English as the standard language, you can define other languages for your application. Content is automatically translated by machine translation.

If you wish, organization profiles from other applications within the LoftOS Ecosystem can be shown within your application to add valuable content. This only includes basic information - no users.

LoftOS Pricing Overview

With the exception of LoftOS Starter with a 1-month term, our plans are billed 12 months in advance with booking or renewal. All plans except Starter with a 1-month term renew automatically with a one-month notice period prior to the end of the term. Starter plan with a 1-month term renews automatically with a one-week notice period prior to the end of the term.

Instead of standard billing and payment through our payment service provider, you can receive a custom invoice and use bank transfer.

The LoftOS Academy guides you through the most important things you need to know about LoftOS in order to configure and use your application the way you want.

You can make use of a monthly support contingent. Support includes:
1. Product-related inquiries
2. Technical issues
3. Technical onboarding assistance
4. Feature enhancement requests
5. Offering best practices
6. Technical how-to guidance
Unless otherwise stated, support can be provided both by email or web conference.
Contingent hours that are not used will not be carried over to the next month.

Support

Your customer success manager (CSM) will support you in achieving your goals. Depending on your plan this includes a time contingent within your plan, this can include e.g. consulting calls and quarterly business reviews (QBR). The QBR is a meeting with your CSM to review performance, align goals, and discuss ways to maximize the value of your application. It involves:
1. Analyzing metrics
2. Sharing updates
3. Addressing challenges
4. Gathering feedback
During a consulting call, your CSM will discuss your goals and explain what actions you can take to maximize the value creation by your application.
Contingent hours that are not used will not be carried over to the next month.

Customer success services

A dedicated customer success manager (CSM) is your first point of contact for any support. This person will not only hold the onboarding workshop, but will also be available for you within the other listed customer support and success services.

Your customer success manager (CSM) will host an onboarding workshop for you and, depending on the plan, support you beyond that with setup and onboarding. The workshop includes:
1. Overview platform
2. Main admin area functions (general settings, access restrictions, content management, analytics and data import)

Personalized onboarding and setup support

Innoloft provides assistance and guidance to users of the application through a ticket system. User support typically includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing documentation or tutorials, and offering general assistance. If this is not included in your plan, you can handle user support yourself.

The maximum number of users including admin accounts that can be registered for your application.

The maximum number of accounts that have general admin rights. Admin rights can be used to manage platform settings, access rights, or content, for example.

Admin accounts

Next to predefined Roles that can be edited, you can define custom Roles. Roles are settings that allows the platform admin to control which features can be used by users and what level of access they have. Additionally, Packages can be created that allow a booking process to gain certain Roles.
